Prices are calculated per day using each branch's weekday and weekend 24-hour rates.Bookings & staysRoom holdsWhen a guest starts a booking the room is held for a limited time. Requests outside those rules are passed to the RENTIERA team.Payments & pricingPaymentsGuests pay through PayMongo checkout (card, GCash, Maya where enabled) or through the RENTIERA PayMongo Storefront, which a RENTIERA admin verifies manually. A booking is confirmed only after payment is confirmed by the system.
