What does RENTIERA protection cover?

Covered: money paid into RENTIERA escrow for a contract made in the Deal Room; guest payments made through RENTIERA checkout or the official RENTIERA QR code; hotel advances released by RENTIERA; payments a hotel failed to send, which RENTIERA follows up and settles under the contract, using the hotel reserve where the contract allows; refunds for cancelled or failed transactions under the booking or contract terms. Not covered: side agreements or promises made outside RENTIERA; money sent directly between investors, guests and hotels; payments to any QR code, bank account or person other than RENTIERA official channels; earnings lower than hoped because of real occupancy. RENTIERA does not promise investment returns. Any contractual minimum is backed by the hotel reserve, not by RENTIERA. Subject to legal review.
