Our business model
RENTIERA is a brand-new way to live in, and invest in, Philippine hotel rooms. We are the protected middleman: everyone deals inside one system, and we take responsibility for keeping the money and the deal safe.
We charge a fee on every transaction, and in return we hold funds in escrow, check identities, keep a permanent record of every offer and payment, and handle disputes, unremitted payments and refunds under the contract terms.
Escrow
Money is held by RENTIERA and released only when the contract says so.
Records
Every offer, message, payment and payout is logged and cannot be changed.
Resolution
When something goes wrong, RENTIERA steps in and settles it under the contract.
Live in a real hotel room for weeks or months. No advance rent, no two-month deposit and no post-dated checks. Pay through RENTIERA and get a written stay agreement.

Deal Room negotiation
Both sides counter amount, room, free nights, floor and terms. Every round is saved and cannot be edited.
Both accept, contract created
RENTIERA creates the contract with the agreed numbers and locks today's fee rates.
Investor funds escrow
Money goes to RENTIERA escrow, never directly to the hotel.
Hotel advance released
RENTIERA releases the advance minus commission and reserve, then the room's revenue is logged daily.
Settlement
At the end of the term RENTIERA pays the investor from the logged revenue (and the reserve, if a minimum applies).
Our protection covers only what happens in the system. If an investor and a hotel negotiate, sign or pay outside RENTIERA — by phone, chat app, cash or bank transfer to each other — we have no record, no escrow and no way to recover the money. Those deals are not covered, and RENTIERA cannot take responsibility for them.
That is why the Deal Room blocks phone numbers, emails, outside links and chat-app names, and why both sides agree to these rules before their first deal.
