Terms of Service

By creating an account or using RENTIERA, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

RENTIERA is an extended-stay hospitality platform operating in the Philippines. Guests can book hotel stays of five nights or longer from verified merchants. RENTIERA also operates a controlled private placement stock (PPS) marketplace in which approved hotel offerings may be listed after review. PPS is a private placement security — it is not a cryptocurrency or token. Nothing on RENTIERA is an offer, a solicitation, or financial advice.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. One account per person. Certain features — including booking, wallet, and PPS activity — require identity verification (KYC) before use. We may decline, suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or breach these terms.

• Provide accurate personal, booking and verification information.
• Comply with the house rules of the properties you book.
• Pay all amounts due for confirmed bookings and orders.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Attempt to access another user's account, data or documents.
• Interfere with the platform's security, availability or integrity.
• Manipulate prices, bookings, quotes, orders or ledger records.
• Use automated means to scrape or abuse the service.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation or eligibility.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately through support if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require additional verification before sensitive actions.

Bookings have a five-night minimum. A booking is confirmed only after payment is verified with the payment provider. Rates, fees, cancellation and refund conditions are shown before you pay and in your booking contract. Refunds, where applicable, are processed back through the original payment method.

PPS offerings become available only after review and approval. Market controls may pause buying, selling or all trading at any time. Quotes are time-limited and revalidated at execution. Past distributions do not guarantee future results. You are responsible for assessing your own eligibility and risk before participating.

The RENTIERA name, logo, brand identity, design and content are the property of RENTIERA and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission. Property photos and descriptions remain the property of their respective merchants.

RENTIERA relies on third-party services, including Google Sign-In for authentication and a payment provider for processing payments. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

We aim to keep RENTIERA available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may suspend or limit the service for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons, with notice where reasonably possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RENTIERA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, fraud, security risk or legal requirement. You may close your account by contacting support. Obligations that by their nature should survive (for example payment, audit and record-keeping obligations) survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
