Pick a room type. Availability is checked on the server and held for a limited window.

Verify your identity
Submit a valid government ID. Verification is reviewed by the platform, never self-approved.

Review your contract
A versioned extended-stay agreement is generated with your stay dates, rate and house rules.

Pay securely
Payment is confirmed by the payment provider server-side — never by your browser alone.

Your booking is confirmed and tracked from check-in through completion.
For property owners

Onboard
Register the property and submit business documents for verification.

Commit specific rooms to extended stays with a 5-night minimum.

Meet halfway on pricing
Propose a rate, review the platform's suggestion, then accept or counter. Final pricing is server-authoritative.

Operate and settle
Manage bookings, occupancy and settlements from the merchant portal.
Where things stand
The public marketplace and design system are live. Accounts, identity verification, bookings, contracts, payments, wallet and the PPS trading engine are Not Configured in this environment and are being built in sequence. No balances, distributions or regulatory approvals are represented anywhere on this site.
