Invest fees and reserve

Current rates (copied into each contract when it is formed): - Platform fee: 8% of the room's daily gross revenue. - Hotel commission: 3% of the advance. - Escrow reserve: 10% of the advance, held until settlement. - Transaction fee: ₱0. Example for a ₱40,000 advance: ₱34,800 goes to the hotel at the start, ₱4,000 is held as reserve, ₱1,200 is the commission.
