How Invest works

Invest lets a verified investor finance a specific hotel room and receive a share of that room's earnings. 1. Publish a quotation: the amount you want to invest and your preferred terms. 2. Hotels send offers for a specific room. 3. Negotiate in a deal room until one side accepts the other's latest proposal. 4. A contract is created with the agreed terms. 5. Fund the escrow. 6. The room is assigned and its daily revenue is logged. 7. Settlements are paid to your wallet. Returns can vary and can be lower than estimated, or zero. Terms are subject to legal review.
